Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas model hybrid learning pada mata kuliah Pendidikan Agama Islam di Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Kahuripan Kediri. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain static group comparison yang melibatkan 37 mahasiswa. Data diperoleh melalui hasil evaluasi pembelajaran dan dianalisis secara deskriptif komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model hybrid learning menghasilkan nilai rata-rata ujian tulis (85,25) dan nilai akhir (84,70) yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan pembelajaran konvensional. Model ini terbukti meningkatkan hasil belajar, kemandirian, dan fleksibilitas mahasiswa, sehingga layak diterapkan sebagai inovasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di perguruan tinggi pada era transformasi digital.
